Luke Barrilleaux joined Murphy Appraisal Services in January 2018 and is a Certified Residential Appraiser working towards his General Appraiser Certification. Luke is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2002. Luke has been an appraiser since 2013 and is also a Louisiana Licensed Realtor.

Luke works in our Mandeville office and covers the areas of St. Tammany, Washington, Tangipahoa, Livingston, and East Baton Rouge Parishes. He has been a resident of the North Shore for over 15 years, however growing up in St. Bernard Parish, is well versed in real estate markets on the South Shore and New Orleans surrounding areas.

Luke currently resides in Madisonville, LA with his wife and daughters. With his spare time, Luke enjoys golf, fishing, coaching his daughter’s softball teams and spending time with family.
